1. Overall Objective: PR & Marketing Manager is accountable for all activities (from plan to deployment) that build up FiinRatings public image and reputation, enhance brand awareness & coverage, and more importantly position a firm standing in customer's thinking.

2. Key Performance Indicators

- Public image and reputation (30%)

- Brand awareness & coverage (40%)

- Events & Brand identity (30%)

3. Key Areas - Time Allocation - Specific Tasks

a. Public Image & Reputation (30%)

• Lead external relation activities with public media, partner and govermental offices; especially build & maintain close relationship with news, press & media agency

• Alert BOD & deploy appropriate action on potential communication crisis or scandal that can damage FiinRatings public image & reputation

• Keep BOD updated on market trend and competitor's communication & marketing campaign in order to propose marketing initiatives to catch up the wind and maintain top position of FiinRatings as a thought leader of the industry

b. Brand Awareness & Coverage (40%)

• Lead marketing campaign to promote FiinRatings brand awareness on both traditional and social channel as a thought leader and most trusted credit rating agency in Viet Nam

• Ensure high-frequency appearance of FiinRatings brand on news / discussion / workshop / seminar / conference in financial industry, especially focused on Bond market & Credit rating industry

c. Events & Brand Identity (30%)

• Lead marketing events (workshop, seminars, conference) that attract & engage FiinRatings' partners and customers such as Rating announcement, market education, research publication…

• Support BOD in content preparation for public speaks with press media, government's conference, partner's workshop or panel discussion…

• Build up and maintain a professional brand identity of FiinRatings such as corporate website, logo, template, packaging…

d. Team Management (Always)

• Motivate, engage and manage Marketing team (Designer, Content & Digital Marketing) to deliver best result and high efficiency

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Must Have

a. Education: Bachelor degree with Major in Marketing, Public Relation, Communication, Journalism

b. English: Good command of English (equivalent of IELTS 6.5 min)

c. Experiences: Min 05 years in Public relation, Press / media communication, Corporate marketing, event organization
